Your first issue should arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks after we receive your order. If it's been more than 6 weeks and you still haven't received an issue, please

Report a missing or damaged issue?
Unfortunately, missed or damaged issues do sometimes happen and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. We do not re-mail missing issues but will review the situation to consider extending the current subscription.
Contact Us to let us know which issue you're missing. If you received a damaged issue, we do require photos of the damage showing the damage and the mailing label on the front cover. You can email your request and photos to

Switch my subscription from digital-only to print?

Temporarily stop delivery?

Stop receiving duplicate issues?
If you are receiving duplicate copies of the same magazine, please
Contact Us to let us know so that we can combine and extend your subscription. Because our mailing labels are printed in advance, you may receive one or two duplicate issues before your request takes effect.

How do I receive fewer renewal notices?
Beginning in March 2025, The Hockey News is helping eliminate unnecessary MAIL. Subscribers will no longer receive separate mailing for renewal notices. All notices will now be delivered in your last few magazines of a current subscription. If you have an email address on file, you will receive notifications by email. If you wish to update your account with an email address go to
my.thehockeynews.com and sign in to your account.
MOBILE APP
In February 2025 the THN Branded App was replaced by the THN Digital Archive. The THN Archive includes a digital version of all magazines printed since 1947 and includes the latest release. Each new magazine is uploaded to the THN Digital Archive as they are released.
What is included in The Hockey News Digital Archive Subscription?
The Hockey News Digital Archive subscription includes one-year access to the THN Digital Archive. Subscribers get immediate access to the Archive.
I'm a subscriber to The Hockey News print edition. Do I get free access to digital issues?
Yes, all subscribers have access to the THN Digital Archive. To access,
CLICK HERE. From the top right hand corner, click SIGN IN. Sign in using your account number and postal code.
Can I still order a digital subscription from an APP?
Yes, while the THN Branded App was replaced by the THN Digital Archive the THN Branded App no longer exists. However, you can purchase a Digital Subscription and/or digital single issues directly from our digital partners
Zinio or within Apple News+. You will have to download their App and order directly through their app. You make your payment to them directly. If you have any questions about your subscription or payments you must contact them directly.
